ONE YEAR GUARANTEE AGAINST CONGENITAL DEFECTS
This puppy is in good health as far as seller knows.

I Guarantee this puppy from any MAJOR GENETIC health defects causing death for 12 months from date of birth. I guarantee for 12 months for Hip dysplasia, except problems arising from accidents, lack of care, or improper nutrition. If your vet finds any defects the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately. A written statement from the attending vet, ALL lab results, test results, x-ray and in the event of death of the puppy an autopsy report must be supplied to the Seller. Seller will not be responsible for veterinarian charges of any kind

The buyer has 48 hours after receiving the puppy to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian. If not seen by a veterinarian within the transfer date this health guarantee is voided. If upon examination the veterinarian finds any life threatening condition, the Buyer must notify the Seller at once. A written statement from the attending vet, ALL lab results, test results, x-ray must be supplied to the Seller within 5 business days from purchase date this health guarantee is voided.

No guarantees are made against accidents, Mortality, hypo-glaucymia or allergy problems, etc.. Also no refunds will be made because of landlord disapproval, buyer's remorse, disagreement with family, allegoric reactions by anyone or any other health or personal reasons other than those covered by this agreement.

There is a 3 day health guarantee on viruses (i.e. Parvo/Coccidiosis, etc...) causing death. A written statement from the attending vet ALL lab results, test results, x-ray and in the event of death of the puppy an autopsy report must be supplied to the seller within 24 hours of death. Seller will not be responsible for veterinarian charges of any kind

I reserve the right to refuse replacement of any puppy return for temperament or hip problems caused by owner negligence or abuse. This includes but is not limited to over feeding, excessive exercise and improper socialization. Any dog that is altered prior to 6 months age via surgical procedure (i.e. neutered/spayed, hip surgery, etc...) will be exempt; hence, buyer will not be entitled to a replacement puppy. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will cash be refunded, at any time. All shipping and transportation cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Buyers will receive a health record for puppy at time of purchase and are responsible for maintaining any and all health records after purchase. Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine care, internal and external parasites control and prevention. This includes but is not limited to ticks, fleas and all types of worms. 

Any of the above conditions are not met this guarantee is null and void. This contract is nontransferable. A signed copy of this guarantee must be returned to the Seller within 5 business days. This copy will be kept on file at the Sellers facility. Failure to return the signed copy will make this guarantee null and void. The Buyer CANNOT use any Banfield Hospital Vets. Any claim arising from any diagnosis by Banfield will not be covered without a second opinion from another vet NOT associated with Banfield Hospital. This puppy is in good health as far as seller knows. Any legal disputes or actions must be filed in Christian County, Missouri.
